We are proudly owned and operated, founded in 1986 with Kurt Sauter in Salisbury, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our cuts of meat. We have our products for sale regularly at the Fredericton, Miramichi, Bathurst and both of Greater Moncton’s farmers markets. With 2 locations, one in Moncton and the other in Salmon Arm BC. And we also have our products at the Demille’s Farm market in BC.
